Shipping Information

Usually, the item will be shipped on the next day of purchase. However, in case of special orders, please give me up to 3-5 days or per our arrangements.

US Orders

Shipping service: For orders over $200, they will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with insurance. If the order is smaller, they will be shipped by USPS First-Class Mail.

Expected delivery: 3-7 business days

International Orders

Shipping service: USPS First-Class International Mail
Expected delivery: 7-21 business days, varies by destination. 
Note: These are expected delivery times only. It depends on how long your order would be held at customs. Also I cannot mark any purchases as “gift”, buyers are responsible for all duties and custom charges that maybe incurred on international orders. Please make sure to check with your local customs office for more information regarding to your country’s importing policy.

For more shipping options such as Priority or Express mail are available, please contact me directly for a new quote.

W.B.THAMM is not responsible for items that are delayed or lost of shipment. Please contact USPS for more information on lost or delayed items.

Payment

I accept credit cards. Once receive a complete payment, items will be processed to ship. If you need to cancel your orders for any reasons, please send contact me as soon as possible for a full refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your orders, please contact me. All W.B.THAMM items are truly handcrafted with finely inspected before shipment. I will review an issue, case-by-case basis and you may return items within 14 days in its original condition. I will issue a refund upon receive returning items, excluding the original delivery charge.

Custom-made items are not returnable.

Colors & Product appearances

The color of all W.B.THAMM products are represented as accurately as possible. Every screen displays color differently. For any concerns regarding color, please contact me before ordering.
